Bike Pittsburgh

The Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC), our metropolitan planning organization is trying to get a better understanding of who and where the bicyclists are in the region, how often we ride, how we would rate the conditions, what would get folks to ride more often, etc. in order to help inform their planning initiatives.
