Edward Engler (President)

Ed Engler Ed is the founder and Chairman of Summa Technologies, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based software consulting firm. He is also a General Partner with Pittsburgh Equity Partners. Courtney Ehrlichman (Secretary)

Courtney Courtney is the Planning Manager at Friendship Development Associates. She works on many aspects of real estate development and community planning, public safety, and city-wide policy projects. She sits on the board of Pgh250 Music and is a mentor of inner-city youth through East End Cooperative Ministries. She holds a degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Amy Enrico (Treasurer)

Amy board Amy is a local business owner in Highland Park (Tazza D’Oro) and an avid bicyclist. In addition, Amy is very involved with East End business development and several of the local Community Development Corporations. Amy can be reached via email at tazzadoro@earthlink.net




Richard Butler

Richard Butler Richard is a results oriented leader with a cross functional, diverse background and a record of accomplishment of success that includes wellness, business and leadership development. He is presently the Executive Director of Three Rivers Rowing Association a non-profit community rowing center. Richard is an avid cyclist who commutes daily by bicycle and for fun teaches two very intense spinning classes. He is also a huge advocate of connecting urban dwellers to the outdoors and serves on the Governor's Outdoors Taskforce, US Rowing Affordability, Accessibility and Diversity Taskforce. Mac Howison

Mac Howison Mac is a daily bicycle commuter and amateur mechanic who also enjoys painting, mountain climbing, and playing the Fender bass. He is the Funding Programs Manager for The Sprout Fund, one of Southwestern Pennsylvania's leading agencies on issues related to civic engagement, talent attraction and retention, public art, and catalytic small-scale funding. Mac holds a BFA in Painting from Carnegie Mellon University, and is a Camp Dudley, YMCA alumnus. Preferring a simple life, Mac spends time with his family around their 1901 Frederick Schiebler home in Swissvale. Brad Quartuccio

Brad board Brad is a third generation Pittsburgher who hasn’t stopped riding bikes since childhood. He started racing mt. bikes at the age of 14 and has competed in various cycling disciplines since. He worked for Dirt Rag Magazine from 1997 to 2007, moving his way up to a combined position of Subscription Circulation Management, Product Tester and Staff Photographer. He is currently the editor of Urban Velo Magazine. Brad holds a degree in mechanical engineering from University of Pittsburgh. Brad has helped organize BikeFest for the past few years, has worked on the Ghost Bike Pittsburgh project, Critical Mass and community/event planning. brad@quartuccio.com

David Korman

Dave worked for many years as a Magistrate for the Family court system, Downtown; he also works as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. David is a year-round bicycle commuter and can be reached via email at dmkorman@gmail.com

David Hoffman
David HoffmanDavid founded Bike Pittsburgh in 2002, and served as the first executive director until 2005. Next, David worked for the Thunderhead Alliance, the national coalition of local and state bike and pedestrian advocacy organizations as the Director of Member Resources. Most recently, David has been working for the Marin County Bicycle Coalition as their Director of Planning. David is also a regular contributor to Urban Velo and occasional contributor to Dirt Rag Magazine. David can be reached via email at: david@bike-pgh.org.
