A woman who was arrested in a parking lot in South Union, Fayette County, faces multiple charges including driving under the influence in a hit-and-run collision Friday afternoon in which a bicyclist was injured, police said.
Audra Lee Kay, 34, of Fairchance is accused of striking the rear of a bicycle ridden by Brian Paul Keffer, 32, of Connellsville while the Kay vehicle and the bicycle were traveling northbound on Route 857 in Georges Township. Police say Kay left the scene without stopping.

She later was spotted driving erratically in the area of routes 119 and 21, authorities said.

State police said Keffer’s injuries were “major.” He was taken to Uniontown Hospital, but a hospital spokeswoman was not able to confirm that Keffer was a patient.
