Post-Gazette: Suspect in fatal hit-and-run in Oakland surrenders

We’re relieved to learn that a man has turned himself into police in the hit-and-run death of Mr. Rui Hui Lin of Oakland. Stay tuned for more details.

A suspect has surrendered in connection with the hit-and-run death Monday of a deliveryman riding a bicycle in Oakland. The suspect’s name has not been released, pending his arraignment on homicide charges, police said.
