		<description>Sorry if I sound negative,but I&#039;ve been hearing about this 32 mile trail for many years and there still hasn&#039;t been 1 inch of progress.Is there a timeline of when this trail would be completed??Would it be done in maybe a couple years, 10 years or even 25-50 years from now when many, if not most of us will be dead.When???</description>
