IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE: Wearing your helmet while riding is STRONGLY
ENCOURAGED. Children 12 and under who participate in BikeFest! events MUST wear a helmet by law. Additionally, front and rear lights (blinky preferred for back) ARE REQUIRED by law for riding in low-light conditions and after dark. Try to wear light colored and reflective clothing especially after dark.
