A bike share program in Barcelona.

Check out the mapa d'estacions just to see the sheer number of bike pickup and dropoff points. It is staggering.

this program exists in multiple european cities, i saw it in barcelona and in paris as well. its a good idea, but the only drawback- you have to be a barcelona resident (and citizen) to qualify. my fiancee spent a semester there and would have loved to participate but no dice.
