Bloomfield Bike Parking
Ok so I'm moving to Bloomfield to a third story apartment and there really is not an easy way for me to store my bike inside unless i carry it up and down three flights of stairs each time I ride, so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or I guess I'd just like to know how risky it would be to leave it locked up outside most of the time at the corner of Penn and Main?
Thanks!

I sure wouldn't want to leave my bike locked up out there on a regular basis... definitely not in the same spot all the time.

don't do it... see if you can lock in inside if there is a closet or something on the first floor... also fire escapes...
i'd just bite the bullet and learn to make the trek to the third floor though, or maybe become good friends with the first or second floor neighbors.

Install hooks someplace inside? (with all requisite permissions, of course)

That corner has a fair amount of riff-raff going on around it, I'd only park outside if you're looking to get rid of your bike, or at least it's wheels and parts.
Inside is the only way to go, as everyone else has said.

Thanks everyone. That's definitely good to know. I don't want to be losing my bike or any of it's parts!
