Anybody else check out this site? I did it merely to enter to win a bike, but I found the information interesting, and the videos a little funny.
For starters, I had to lower my weekly miles because they were over 200. Then, even though being a pretty seasoned commuter, I figured I would check out the "basics" of "going by bicycle."
For carrying things they suggested messenger bags, backpacks and then they suggest a rack and bungee cording things directly to it. They never mention panniers, but move on to bob trailers!
Later in the video the lady says that her favorite lock to use is a... cable lock!
Well anyways, if the other information is accurate, I save $46.20 in gas a week, burn around 10,000K calories and reduce 204LBs of C02.

signed up, hope its legit and i didnt just commit to a lot of spam, but the site seemed cool. my numbers arent as impressive as yours since i'm just getting into being a bike commuter
