That's a cool century-plus riding to Cranberry and then on to Meadville. But there is food at the start too so it sounds like a good idea to me. I can speak for myself, but not for Heather. She's on the team too.

You guys ever think of jerseys? I bought a PATG t-shirt at BikeFest last year and they would make for some affordabe team garb if they are still available and people were interested.

I'm at $773.00 so far!!

Does anyone remember the Pizza guy with the outrageous Pizza outfit chanting at us about 3 miles before the end last year? Someone should totally wear the pizza outfit... volunteers?

RE: Start Thinking about the MS150

has your enthusiasm ever clouded your execution of a good plan? often, mine does. no exception here; i've signed up to ride with you guys and gals, threw a successful benefit brunch to raise the money, and got in shape. but...guess it yet?...i don't have a bike to ride. will explain later. right now, at the risk of gaining a memorable nickname, i'm reaching out to you to lend a responsible cycler a >60cm road bike. drinks on me saturday night to the donor. thanks! buttenfield@gmail.com

RE: Start Thinking about the MS150

After packing my June too full of travel and work, I was forced to bail on the MS ride this year.

Bummer.

Have fun everyone.

Does anyone know the cumulative elevation gain for each day? Or maybe a hill profile?

I'm assuming it's Western Pennsylvania hilly, but not insanely hilly.

Mary, IIRC, Day 1 (the 80-miler, not the century option) was about 5,000'. Day 2 was darn near flat; well under 2000', I believe.
