Bike Fresh, Bike Local
Would anyone be interested in planning a western region version of this ride they do in eastern PA with me? It would be different than the Local Food Ride I did with Mary-- it would be longer, highlight family farms not food tastings, though beer and food would figure in at the end of the ride. It is a fundraiser for the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture-- I think the western regional staff would be totally behind this.
Bike Fresh, Bike Local. This event features 25, 50 & 75 mile routes throughout the beautiful landscapes of rural Chester Co. PA. The ride begins & ends at Victory Brewing in Downingtown. $35 registration includes t-shirt, road snacks, & post-ride meal. Proceeds benefit PASA. Contact PASA SE Regional Director Marilyn Anthony.

I love this idea! I'm in.
I'll do my best to recruit others to the cause. Biking and food...two of my favorite things.
