Sunday, July 27th: East Liverpool
As my last training huzzah before the PA 1000K, I'm planning on a nice easy run out to East Liverpool this Sunday morning, starting at the First Ave trail head of the Jail Trail bright and early at 7 AM.

I'm not intending to lay down the hammer on this one; I'm targeting a nice, sustainable brevet pace in the 14-15 mph range, and intend to stop for refreshments at least three times. There will be some opportunities for hi-speed hijinks, but that'll be for fun when opportunities arise, rather than the focus of the ride.
