bike trail maps

Are there any google maps or something similar out there that show all the "road" bike trails on a single map? Each trial group seems to have its own maps in it own format but I haven't seen anything that shows everything over a multi state type distance, especially showing small stuff like the Jail trail or South Park trail in addition to the big stuff like rail trails.

RE: bike trail maps

A few years back there was a paper map that had a lot of rail trail and mountain bike trails listed on it. The shorts ones were marked with icons but the longer ones had lines. Unfortunately, the lines were not accurately placed. For example, the line for the Butler-Freeport trail clearly did not go between Butler and Freeport and the Youghiogheny River Trail didn't actually follow the Youghiogheny River.

I have a number of trails mapped out at localhikes.com. The downloadable maps are formatted for the National Geographic Topo software and, while they can be reformatted, it's not easy of convenient.

Which is why I have been taking on that task and converting them into a Google Earth format. I have a few, but not yet my entire archive available at:
