pgh to primitive skillshare
so, three of us are going to bike up to a primitive skillshare (you know: bowdrill fires, tanning hides, edible plants and such) in the national forest near ithaca, new york. we're leaving june 27th. it looks to be about 400 miles, we're going to aim for about 60-70 miles a day and camp out along the way. the route takes us through central pa and state college and then up through the pine creek gorge bike trail. it should be really pretty. we'll probably be biking back too or maybe taking the bus.
i'm posting this to see if anyone else might be interested in coming! let me know here.
here's more info about the gathering (scroll down halfway through the page):

I got to somewhere between Greensburg and Johnstown and then I quit. I've been to Greensburg and environs once before with Nick. Alone, it was really ugly and boring except for 993 from Trafford to Jeanette which was nice. I think all the best parts are past State College but I didn't make it that far :(
